Haus Simplex is an independent bookstore and lifestyle haven that offers a curated selection of books, cozy clothing, and houseware. We aim to enhance your reading experience and create a warm, inviting space for all book lovers.

Our current location is Daybreak, Utah. We hope you can soon visit us so you can browse our collection and enjoy the comfort of our reading environment, but at the moment, it is just our site. Our goal is to create a brick-and-mortar store that fully immerses customers in a cozy reading experience, and we're making a lot of effort to achieve that.

You can start a return within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused in the same condition received and in the original packaging. Certain items, such as gift cards and sale items, are non-returnable. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy page for more details.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. When you place your order, you will receive an estimated delivery date. We will send you tracking information once we have fulfilled your order.

Yes, once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the shipping carrier's website.

Yes, we might ship some products separately to ensure they arrive in the best condition. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Currently, we operate online only, but we are actively pursuing a brick-and-mortar store in the Daybreak, Utah, area as a future expansion. Once our dream of a store becomes a reality, we will welcome the community to host our store's book clubs, write-in events, readings, and other literary events.
